How to install any theme on windows vista (the easy way)

This tutorial should explain how you can change your windows vista theme if you like it comment and I will make some other vids on how to make your pc awesome, sorry but hycam2 for some reason did cut out my gagit sidebar and my user logo so don't be alarmed by that if you screw it up through your clumsiness I will not be held responsible, you do it at your own risk and these are the links you will need to find the theme's and patch your pc before you can use them
