Windows Themes - Windows Vista - Vista theme and taskbar for windows 7

***READ THIS***
hey guys im gonna show you how to get the windows vista theme and taskbar in windows 7.it works for windows xp too but the start button will be different. so for this you will not be needing any downloads.but if you want you can download this wallpaper:

STEPS:
1- unpin all the items on the taskbar (right-click - unpin this item from the taskbar)
2- right-click on the taskbar and click properties
3- in the properties window check the box ' use small icons' and on ' taskbar buttons' click the drop down menu and click ' combine when taskbar is full'
4- Click the customize button under the notification area and check ' Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar ' and click ok
5- right - click and the desktop and click personalize.
5- use any wallpaper.but i recommend the wallpaper you downloaded
7- set the window color to :
color intensity - 100%
hue - 0%
saturation - 100%
brightness - 0%
8 - click ok
9 - save the theme if you want(click save theme)
